Data and reporting

Steering on what works

Steering on what works.

You invest in your brand, your website and your marketing. But what does it deliver? Without good data, you steer on gut feeling. With the right measurements and a clear dashboard, you see which channels deliver visitors and leads, where people drop off and where the opportunities are. That way you make better decisions and invest purposefully in what works.

We start with the question of what you want to know. What goals do you have and which figures show whether you are reaching them? Then we make sure the measurements are right: Google Analytics, Search Console, conversion tracking and cookie management that complies with the law. We bring data from your website, campaigns, social channels and CRM together in one clear dashboard. Every month we discuss the results: what works, what does not and what do we do about it? That way data is not a collection of figures, but a basis for better choices.

01

Defining goals

Together we decide which goals matter for your organisation and which figures belong to them. Think of leads, enquiries, sales, applications or reach.

Setting up measurement

We set up the measurements or check the existing ones: Google Analytics, Search Console, conversion tracking and cookie management. That way you know for sure the figures are right.

Building the dashboard

We bring the data from your website, campaigns, social channels and CRM together in one dashboard. Clear, up to date and understandable, even for people who are not data experts.

Analysing and advising

Every month we discuss the results and give concrete recommendations. At fixed moments, we evaluate the course together.

What good reporting delivers

01

Insight

You see exactly what your brand, website and marketing deliver.

02

Better choices

Decisions based on data instead of gut feeling.

03

Targeted investment

Budget goes to the channels and activities that deliver the most.

  • That depends on your goals. We usually measure website traffic and its sources, visitor behaviour, conversions such as enquiries, downloads and sales, positions in search engines and results of campaigns and social media.

Where possible, we also connect data from your CRM, so you see which channels deliver not just leads, but customers.

  • That is a fair question, because it often turns out not to be. Duplicate measurements, missing conversions or incorrectly configured cookie management lead to unreliable figures. That is why we start by checking your current measurements and fix any problems before we start reporting.

  • We set up the measurements so they comply with the GDPR and cookie legislation. With a cookie management tool, we ask visitors for consent for tracking cookies, and measure in a privacy-friendly way where possible. That way you keep insight, without compromising on privacy.

  • The figures that matter for your goals, clearly brought together. For example visitors, leads and conversions per channel, the results of SEO and GEO and campaigns, and the reach of PR and social media.

The dashboard is always up to date, so you do not have to wait for a monthly report.

  • Every month we translate the figures into concrete recommendations. For example a page that could convert better, a campaign that deserves more budget or content your audience is missing. We pick up those improvements with ongoing development, design or marketing.

  • Definitely. Data from your current website shows which pages work well and where visitors drop off. That is valuable input for the structure and UX of your new website. After launch, we set up the measurements properly straight away, so you can steer on results from day one.
