Integrations
The website as part of the whole

Systems that talk to each other.
Your website does not stand on its own. Enquiries need to end up in your CRM, vacancies come from your recruitment system and orders need to flow through to your stock and accounting. Without integrations, that means manual work: retyping data, exporting files and checking that everything is correct. With smart integrations, data flows through your organisation automatically.
We connect your website or platform to the systems you already use. Think of CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or HubSpot, marketing tools, recruitment systems, payment providers, ERP and accounting software. We start with the question of which data comes from where and where it needs to go. Then we design the integration: via an API, webhooks or a middleware layer that connects systems. We make sure data is exchanged securely, that errors are handled and that you can see when something goes wrong. That way you save time, prevent errors and have up-to-date information everywhere.

Mapping
We determine which systems there are, which data needs to be exchanged and in which direction. What has to happen instantly and what can happen periodically? That gives a clear overview of the data flows.

Designing
We choose the best way to connect: via the system's API, with webhooks or through a middleware layer. We take security, privacy and what happens when a system is temporarily unavailable into account.

Building and testing
We build the integration and test it thoroughly with real scenarios, in a separate test environment. That way we know for sure that data is exchanged correctly and completely.

Monitoring
After launch, we keep an eye on the integration. If something goes wrong, we get an alert and can step in quickly. When connected systems are updated, we keep the integration up to date.

What good integrations deliver
Less manual work
Data flows through automatically, without retyping or exporting.
Fewer errors
One source of truth prevents differences between systems.
Up-to-date information
Stock, prices, vacancies and leads are instantly up to date everywhere.
Virtually any system that offers an API or another way to connect. Think of CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Salesforce, recruitment systems such as Homerun, payment providers such as Mollie, ERP and accounting software, newsletter software and industry-specific systems.
In the exploration phase we look at which options a system offers and what the best way to connect is.
Via an API, one system requests data from another, or sends data to it. A webhook works the other way round: a system automatically sends a message as soon as something happens, such as a new order or a changed status.
We often combine both. That way data stays up to date instantly without systems constantly having to query each other.
We pay a lot of attention to that. We only exchange the data that is needed, over secure connections and with well-managed access keys. With sensitive data, such as in healthcare, we take the GDPR and standards such as NEN 7510 into account.
We define which data is stored where and who has access to it.
Yes, that is one of the most common integrations. Forms on your website send enquiries straight to your CRM, including the source and the page someone came from. That way your sales team can follow up immediately and you see which channels deliver the most leads.
With data and reporting you make that visible in a dashboard.
Systems are updated regularly, and sometimes that changes an integration. As part of hosting and maintenance, we keep an eye on integrations. We get an alert when something goes wrong and adjust the integration when needed.
Often, yes. As your website connects more and more with your systems, the question arises whether customers can view or update data themselves too. Think of orders, appointments or documents. Then your website becomes a digital platform with its own customer area. For e-commerce, integrations with stock and order processing are indispensable too.
