Logo and visual identity
Recognisable before a word is read

An identity that makes the strategy visible.
Your logo, colours, typography and imagery determine how people recognise and judge your brand. On your website, in a proposal, on a company van or on the trade show floor. Often before a single word has been read. A strong visual identity makes sure all those moments feel like the same brand and build trust with exactly the people you want to reach.
We do not design a logo in isolation. Every identity starts with the question of what your brand stands for and what feeling your audience should get. We capture that together in a brand session and a creative brief, with the criteria we will use to test design choices. Then we work through moodboards and a brand concept towards a complete identity: logo with variants, colour palette, typography, graphic elements and imagery. Sometimes a full rebrand is needed. Sometimes a refresh is enough, in which the logo stays recognisable and the rest grows with your organisation. We decide that together, based on what already works and what your brand needs in the coming years.

Brand session and brief
We start with a session with the people who make decisions about your brand: the founder, the board or the marketing team. We discuss what already works, what must stay and what can be improved. We define your brand's personality and the feeling your audience should get. We capture that in a creative brief, the benchmark for every design choice that follows.

Moodboards
Based on the brief, we create one or two moodboards with directions for colour, typography, imagery and motion. That way we discuss the atmosphere first, before there is a logo on the table. In two feedback rounds we sharpen the direction until it fits your brand and your ambition.

Logo and identity
From the chosen direction, we design at least one brand concept with logo, colours, typography, graphic elements and imagery. The logo works at every size, from favicon to building sign, and gets variants for different applications. Here too, there are two feedback rounds to refine the whole.

Applying and capturing
We test the identity on the touchpoints that really matter to you, such as your website, presentations, social media or workwear. Then we capture everything in clear guidelines and deliver the logo files and brand assets, so your team can get started straight away.

What a strong identity delivers
Recognition
People recognise your brand faster and remember it better, wherever they come across you. Online and offline.
Trust
A polished, consistent look shows that your organisation is professional. That builds trust with customers, partners and new colleagues.
Consistency
With clear guidelines and files, every touchpoint feels like the same brand, even when different people or agencies work with it.
A complete foundation to present your brand recognisably everywhere. Think of a primary logo with variants and a favicon, a colour palette with primary and secondary colours, typography with a clear hierarchy, graphic elements and patterns, and an imagery style.
We capture everything in brand guidelines, together with the logo files in the right formats for print and digital. Want to get started quickly with presentations, social posts or proposals? Then we also translate the identity into templates your team can use themselves.
Not always an extensive project, but definitely a clear starting point. A logo without direction quickly becomes a matter of taste. That is why we always start with a brand session in which we capture who you are, who you work for and what sets you apart. For a start-up, that is often enough.
Is your organisation at a turning point, for example after a merger, with a new proposition or after significant growth? Then we first recommend a brand strategy or positioning. That way you know the new identity will still be right in a few years.
In a rebrand, we develop a new identity, including a new logo. That makes sense when your brand no longer fits who you have become, or when a new name or merger is behind it.
In a refresh, recognition is preserved. The logo stays or is slightly sharpened, while colour, typography, imagery and applications are renewed. That is often smart when your brand is already known to customers. In the brand session we look together at what is sacred and which approach fits best.
We work towards one strong, well-founded concept rather than a pile of loose logos to choose from. First we agree on the direction with one or two moodboards, then we develop the brand concept.
Each phase includes two feedback rounds. That way you stay in control of the result and avoid the choice coming down to personal preference. We test every choice against the criteria in the creative brief.
Yes. If your organisation has several brands, labels or locations, we first decide how they relate to each other. Does each brand get its own face, or do they work from one foundation with, for example, their own colour per part? We capture those choices in a brand architecture.
We build the visual identity on that so each brand is recognisable while the coherence remains visible. Digitally, that connects to one design system or a multisite running several websites.
An identity only starts working when it is applied well everywhere. That is why we decide together which materials your team creates and which we design, from website and presentations to social media, print and trade show materials. You get a well-organised brand asset library with logo exports, guidelines and imagery.
After that, we are happy to carry the identity through to your website, or support you with ongoing design. That way your brand stays consistent after the launch too.
