A DCX is never finished. Ours isn’t either.

For years we have told clients that a website is never finished. Time to apply that to ourselves. Mandelo has a new website, a sharper story and a new way of presenting our services. In this article, you can read what has changed, and why.

Why now?

Our clients are changing. The questions we get are less and less about a single website or a new logo, and more and more about the whole. How do you make sure a brand delivers the same experience everywhere, from the first search to the customer portal? Our old story no longer fitted that. It described what we made, not what it delivers.

Our manifesto puts it like this: we are developers in development. Everything is a work in progress, including us. So we went back to the drawing board.

From separate projects to DCX

At the heart of our new story is DCX: Digital Customer Experiences. A great experience is personal, effortless and a true reflection of your brand. With exactly the same attention to detail, whether customers meet you in person or online.

DCX is more than CX, UI or UX. It is the combination of everything that leads to that experience: belief in the brand, good design, good processes, the right technology and knowing what customers expect. None of those ingredients works in isolation.

Four phases instead of a long list

Our old site had a long list of services. Now we have organised them into four phases that together show how a brand grows:

Not every client goes through all four. But the phases make clear where you stand and what the logical next step is.

Digital made human

Technology changes fast. AI helps us research faster, iterate more and build smarter. But for us, AI is an accelerator, not a goal. Precisely now that everyone has the same technology, brand, creativity and individuality make the difference. That is why the technology stays behind the scenes, and what your customers see and feel becomes more human. We call it Digital made human.

Built the way we build for clients

We built the new site the same way we build for clients: on a headless foundation with Strapi and Next.js, with reusable building blocks we manage ourselves. Every service has its own page, the site is fully bilingual and every page and image has metadata for good findability. Here too: this is a beginning. We will keep building, testing and improving.
